Memorial Site  / Cathy Cater (United by your grief )

I think of your sweet little angel every time I go outside.  Your family and friends have put a memorial site up for her on my property.  I go out there and pick of the little dolls, stuffed teddys, etc and put them back in place after the winds and rain hit.  My heart aches for you and for your loss.  I am still reeling over the sudden death of my husband 3 1/2 years ago.  But I rejoice in the fact that your preciousTaegen is in the hands of Jesus.  I pray that justice will be done here and that this tragedy may spare the needless deaths of other children.  Good luck with you plight and GOD bless you and help you to remain strong in your battle to help change the laws.  We need to protect our children as much as we can.

My prayers are with you and your whole family.  I am a Marine wife and mom of two beautiful children.  It sickens me sometimes to think my husband puts his life on the line everyday to protect our  freedom and people like that abuse it.  Some just don't deserve to be free.  Teagan sounds like my daughter Kylie who is 16 months and full of life.  I treasure every day I have with both my children and have decided I am going to make it my responsibility as well to educate as many people as possible on the reality of SBS.  Your story is an inspiration.  Keep your faith and God will guide you.  You are in my prayers.

im from wisconsin but live in michigan with my fiance whos in the army! my dads a cop and it makes me sick to think that this little girl who couldnt fight back will never get her life back but the man who thought he was god will have a life! my dad being a cop at least has a gun to protect himself and i would never want anything to happen to him but the world around us is changin and i think its about time the laws start to catch up! if our children arent safe with anybody then who are they safe with? i hope as time goes your hearts will heal but always remember the time you did get to share with this sweet little girl my thoughts and prayers are with your family

As many of said, you have a purpose.  It is not done yet .. you have many ... in time we all will see.  You're an angel looking down .. a butterfly giving us inspiration .. you're a law in the making.  I will devote everything I have to see that this bill gets introduced, and passed into law.  

I, personally, want ANY child abuser to know .. if they're grown enough to hurt a child .... they are going to pay! One way or the other!

You have a wonderful grandmother who is fighting soooo hard for you.  Keep a close watch over her.....and lift some of the grief off of her heart.
